Houchins' initiatives include establishing a free after-school tutoring program for underprivileged college students, weekend workshops specializing in literacy and numeracy expertise for at-risk youth, and leading a profitable community-driven marketing campaign to improve local playgrounds, making certain safe and inclusive play areas for all kids.
